A Legacy of Leadership & Excellence

Lady Michelle's journey of excellence, discipline, and perseverance began at Conroe High School, where she proved early on that she was born to lead and destined for greatness.  A true competitor, she balanced multiple demanding roles, excelling as a:

Basketball Player – A force on the court, showcasing her strength, teamwork, and determination.
‍ Track Athlete – Pushing beyond limits, proving her speed, endurance, and resilience.
Conroe Tiger Cheerleader – Bringing energy, leadership, and spirit to her team and school.

Her ability to juggle sports, academics, and leadership roles was a preview of the unstoppable woman she would become.

A Career Built on Passion & Purpose

After high school, Lady Michelle pursued her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University, graduating in 1998.  She then obtained her Paralegal Certification from the Center for Advanced Legal Studies in 2007.

She began her professional career as a Parole Officer in Montgomery County but quickly realized that wasn't her passion. She knew her true calling was helping people rebuild their lives, not just supervising them.  That realization led her to Star of Hope, where she has served as a Case Manager for over 20 years, working with individuals from all walks of life to provide hope, direction, and a fresh start.

A Lifetime of Dedication to the Church

For over 47 years, Lady Michelle has been a cornerstone of Jones Chapel-Conroe.  She has served in every church department, pouring her time, talents, and heart into the ministry.  Today, she holds some of the most crucial roles in the church, ensuring that everything operates with order, excellence, and integrity:

Pastor's Executive Secretary – The engine behind the vision, ensuring that Pastor Allen Jr. has the support, organization, and structure needed to lead.
Financial Administrator – Managing church finances with wisdom, precision, and accountability.
Church Clerk – Keeping the church in order, ensuring records, logistics, and operations run like a well-oiled machine.
And much more—because there isn't a task too great or too small for Lady Michelle.

Despite her demanding roles in ministry and her professional career, she still maintains a thriving family life as the devoted wife of Pastor Lenard Allen Jr. Together, they have built a loving legacy through their three children (Tracy, Trevon, and Ashllyn) and three grandchildren (Jasiel, Ahsais, and Ky).
